Most of the items are all available and can be shipped in 24 hours after payment. But due to the numerous orders we handled every day, some of them will be out of stock sometimes, we will answer your order and inform the earliest availability.


2. Can I order a pair/piece sample?

Yes,you are welcome to order a pair/piece as sample before placing order, there is no minimum order at voguecabin.com


3. How will the products be shipped? How long until I receive my products?

Your order will be processed within 48 hours upon receiving your payment. Shipping is done via either DHL, AIR MAIL or EMS express. Delivery may take from 3-14 days. We will provide the tracking number(EMS,DHL,and registered airmail with tracking number; common airmail with no tracking numbers) after ship the items out in your account,please login to check it.

5. Can I return the products for a refund?

Our staff will check the items before ship them out,so usually we do not accept returns. If you received a damaged item,please send us the detail pictures and we will investigate them,and we will respond to you accordingly.
