Shipping Methods

Orders are processed within 48 hours of receipt and shipped within 1 to 2 business days thereafter. Orders are shipped via Parcel Force.

Once your order has been shipped you will be notified via email.

Shipping Times

We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays. Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the next business day.

Orders are estimated to arrive next day transit time if the order is made on a weekday before 3pm.

This shipping timetable is only an estimation and is not guaranteed.

Shipping Delays/Out of Stock Items

We always strive for customer satisfaction. However, some shipping delays are beyond our control such as weather and delivery errors. In order to ensure your order arrives promptly please review all information submitted before processing orders.

Customer is subsequently responsible for shipping and handling charges in order to reship your package.

Occasionally, an item will be out of stock. Out of stock orders will be held "open" until item is restocked and will be shipped immediately upon arrival.

Shipping Cost:(By Price)

Price < $28   Shipping cost: $12(fixed)

Price > $28  Shipping cost: value x 0.36 + $2

For example:
If you buy an item which cost $12, and the shipping cost will be $12, so the total price will be $24;
If you buy 2 this item, the price will be $24, but the shipping cost will be $12 too, so the total price will be $36;
If you buy 3, the price will be $36, so the shipping cost is: 36x0.36+2=$14.96, and the total price will be $50.96

Besides these, You needn't to pay any other charges, But we are not responsible for the customs charges. Because the customs tax is to protect your country's interests, thank you!

Returns and Refunds

If you experience any problem with a product bought from Just4order, contact us firstly and we will do our best to advise you.
Any returns must be discussed with Just4order Customer Support in advance, and authorized so they are sent with the correct paperwork.
All returned products must be sent together with the original packaging and accessories unless an exception is agreed in advance.
In the event of any returned goods where you are requesting a repair / replacement / refund under the warranty, your shipping costs returning the products to Just4order in China are payable by you, and cannot be compensated by Just4order.
